• How to wake up refreshed and healthy in morning?

Here are some ways to wake up feeling fresh and healthy in the morning:

*Avoid coffee, chocolate and red wine after lunch time. These foods upset your intestines in such a way that you will wake up constantly or have a very light sleep that doesn’t charge you at all.

*Avoid eating dinner right before bed time.

*Pray, meditate and calm down before going to bed.

*Go to the toilet before bed and squeeze out whatever you can. Because the kidneys will continue to work during the night and by the morning your bladder will be nice and full. If your bladder fills up early you might feel the need to go during the night and this cuts out time from your sleep.

*Control temperature in the room because sleep is greatly affected by how hot or cold you are during the night.

*Set a consistent time for your sleep.

*Try to keep your room quiet by wearing ear plugs.

*Drink a cool glass of water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning.

*Get involve in a regular exercise.
